Course overview:

This course is designed for beauty professionals who wish to specialize in the art of microblading, a semipermanent cosmetic procedure that enhances the appearance of eyebrows by creating naturallooking hair strokes. Participants will learn the fundamentals of microblading, including eyebrow shaping, colour theory, and technique, to provide clients with beautiful, longlasting eyebrow enhancements.

• Introduction to microblading
• Legislations related to microblading
• Health and safety,client preparation, sterilisation and sanitation methods, sharps information etc
• Client consultation, managing client expectation, patch testing, contraindications and contraactions
• Equipment and tools
• Anatomy and physiology, skin and hair functions and structure
• Techniques
• Treatment process, colour theory, Fitzpatrick scale, colour correction
• Treatment planning and pricing
• Aftercare and homecare
• Practical session, Q&A and assessment
• Certification and photos
• Course requirements:
• Level 2 beauty therapy or equivalent

Dress Code:

A professional beauty uniform or scrubs are preferred, but if you are new to the industry plain black long sleeve clothing is fine (long sleeves must be able to be rolled up to prevent cross contamination). Jewellery to be removed, hair tied off the face, no excessive long nails, no flip flops or sliders, all shoes must be close toed.
