Course overview:
This specialised course is designed for medical professionals looking to enhance their skills in facial rejuvenation through the use of dermal fillers and Botox injections. - Introduction to Botox and filler
- Legislations relating to Botox and Filler
- Health and safety, sanitation & sterilistion methods, sharps info , patient safety and hygiene
- Anatomy and Physiology, structure and function of the skin, main arteries veins and nerves for head, face and neck. Face and neck muscles, Neuromuscular junction, Acetylcholine , Glogale , structure and function of the lip skin, collagen and elastin, the skins ageing process etc
- Patient consultation and communication, managing patient expectation, possible complications, contraindications & contra actions
- Treatment, history and background, effects/benefits, protocol , procedures, techniques
- Aftercare and homecare
Qualification:
On completion of passing the course, you will receive a diploma certificate which will qualify you to work as a professional therapist/technician. The courses are fully accredited which means you will be insured as well.

Phlebotomist
Once completing and passing this course you will qualify and be able to obtain insurance as an Aesthetic Practitioner in foundation dermal fillers and foundation Botox .This course includes both practical and theory work.
Dress Code:
A professional beauty uniform or scrubs are preferred, but if you are new to the industry plain black long sleeve clothing is fine (long sleeves must be able to be rolled up to prevent cross contamination). Jewellery to be removed, hair tied off the face, no excessive long nails, no flip flops or sliders, all shoes must be close toed.
