Course contents

• Introduction to Botox
• Legislations relating to Botox
• Health and safety, sanitation & sterilistion methods, sharps info , patient safety and hygiene
• First aid and anaphylaxis guidelines
• Anatomy and Physiology, structure and function of the skin, main arteries veins and nerves for head, face and neck. Face and neck muscles, Neuromuscular junction,  Acetylcholine , Glogale etc
• Client consultation, managing client expectations, contraindications and contraactions
• Treatment, history and background, setting up for safe practice, treatment protocol, treatment planning and pricing
• Aftercare & Homecare

Qualification:

On completion of passing the course, you will receive a diploma certificate which will qualify you to work as a professional therapist/technician. The courses are fully accredited which means you will be insured as well.

Course requirements:

Level 3 in beauty therapy or equivalent

Any medical qualifications

Dress Code:

A professional beauty uniform or scrubs are preferred, but if you are new to the industry plain black long sleeve clothing is fine (long sleeves must be able to be rolled up to prevent cross contamination). Jewellery to be removed, hair tied off the face, no excessive long nails, no flip flops or sliders, all shoes must be close toed.
